Welcome to Douglas County High School!
All new student registrations are done online via “OLR” OnLine Registration. Please click the OLR block below when you are ready to begin. You will see a full list of documents we will require for a complete registration.
Additional documentation needed to register

→ If you are registering an incoming student for grades 10, 11, or 12 you will need to provide an unofficial transcript for your student. We will not be requesting an Official Transcripts until after your student is registered.

→ Any Legal documentation in relation to your student that would pertain to education and/or parental rights, including any guardianship situations or arrangements.

Withdrawing from DCHS
If your student will be leaving Douglas County High School we ask that your student come to the Counseling office to pick up a withdrawal/checkout form. A parent/guardian must complete and sign the form. Please return the form to the Counseling Office. You are also welcome to scan and email to samason1@dcsdk12.org.
All text books, library books, and materials must be turned in at this time. Please contact our Librarian, Ms. Olson at molson1@dcsdk12.org to confirm.
Any outstanding fees/fines will need to be cleared with the bookkeeper. Here is the link to pay student fees. If you have any questions please contact our Bookkeeper, Ms. Rodriguez at rrodriguez1@dcsdk12.org
If your student has a student ID, and/or a parking pass, they must be turned in to Ms. Valley in the front office.
Changing Your Address
If you have moved, but are still within our feeder area, please supply a new proof of residency (warranty deed, property tax statement or lease agreement) to have your address updated.
Updating Student/Household Contact Information

Remaining or Returning to DCHS
If you have moved out of the Douglas County High School feeder area and you would like to remain, please supply a new proof of residency (warranty deed, property tax statement or lease agreement) to have your address updated, and include this Intent to Remain form.
If you have enrolled into another Douglas County School District school and would like to return to Douglas County High School, please complete and return this Intent to Return form. Form no later than January 5th, 2023.

Would you like to attend Douglas County High School for the 2024/25 school year but do not live within our boundaries?
Foreign Exchange Students Sponsored by FE Organization (J-1)
Students attending a High School in Douglas County that are sponsored by a FE Organization are required to complete and submit the following information to the Student Data & Information Services department.
- A certified English translated birth certificate must be provided to the District before approval can be given.
- A copy of the Foreign Exchange Organization's Power of Attorney from the parent(s) must be provided to the District when the completed HOST Information form is turned in. It must contain the student's name, date of birth, parent(s) information, parent(s) signature and information about the Foreign Exchange Organization.
- Proof of the English proficiency testing must be provided.
- A foreign student will receive a certificate of attendance (not a diploma)
